Return Policy

Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt for store credit or a different product.

Items must be in new condition and unused, unaltered and free of damages. It must also be in original packaging and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. *Discounted and other Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns

We will inspect your item to ensure it meets the terms of our return policy and you will be notified, within 5 business days from the day it is received, about the status of your returned item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Where Items are to be exchanged, you shall bear the cost of shipping the new item (unless the original item was defective in which case, we shall bear shipping costs).
